numerous solutions to improve and create Crown products. Collaborated with engineers, interaction, and industrial design teams to maximize design concepts. Researched different users to receive

their feedback and improve Crown products.

Hired as a full time summer employee to educate 

thousands of customers about the concert and how

to purchase tickets. Resolve issues regarding the customer’s experience at the concert. Prepare and package over fifty thousand ticket orders and other paperwork necessary for the concert to run smoothly.
